Ruth E. Johnson is the founder of The Law Office of Ruth E. Johnson. She created the firm’s mission statement: to provide superior aggressive representation in a professional and ethical manner.

Ms. Johnson is an accomplished trial lawyer, and respected member in the South Florida legal community. She began her legal career in Broward County as an Assistant State Attorney under the leadership of the Honorable Michael J. Satz. Ms. Johnson continued public service as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami. She then went on to work as Staff Counsel for the Travelers Insurance Company, where she furthered her experience in the defense of insurance claims.

She uses the experience she gained while working for the insurance companies to protect the rights of individuals injured in an accident or on the job.

Representing personal injury victims in Miami is one of the most challenging, yet fulfilling disciplines in the practice of law. Ms. Johnson represents people who have been injured in:
